Common Questions
We fetch each vendor's official status page API — the same sources their own status pages use. Stripe, GitHub, Cloudflare and all others run on Statuspage.io or their own equivalent, and we poll those APIs directly every 3 minutes.
Free plan checks every 3 minutes; Pro checks every 1 minute. After we detect a status change, the email is sent within 60 seconds. Total worst-case latency is about 4 minutes for free, 2 minutes for Pro.
Not yet — we currently support the 14 pre-built vendors. Custom vendor support is on our roadmap for a future Pro tier. If there's a specific vendor you need, email us at [email protected] and we'll prioritize it.
Pro plan lets you point us at any HTTPS URL — a Slack incoming webhook, a Make/Zapier trigger, a custom endpoint — and we'll POST a JSON payload when a vendor status changes. Great for automating incident response workflows.
Pro subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal link we email you, or by emailing [email protected] — no questions asked, no fees.
